How Pulsz works: the coins, the redemption and the rules behind them
Pulsz · Explained
Pulsz is a sweepstakes casino, not a real-money one. You play with Gold Coins, win Sweepstakes Coins, and redeem those for a prize after verification. Here is how each step works, from its Terms of Use 5.2 and its help centre.
Most confusion about Pulsz comes from one sentence it prints in capitals near the top of its Terms of Use: the site “does not offer real money gambling”. It still pays cash prizes. Both are true, because Pulsz is a sweepstakes casino. Here is how Pulsz works, step by step, using only what Pulsz publishes: its Terms of Use, Version 5.2, updated as of 1 September 2026, and its help centre.
Who runs it
Pulsz.com is owned and operated by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a Gibraltar company, number 119215, with its registered address at 2 Irish Town, Gibraltar. The Terms of Use, together with an arbitration agreement and class action waiver in section 16, form the contract between you and that company.
The two kinds of coin
Pulsz's Terms of Use speak of “Virtual Coins”, which covers both coins the site uses.
- Gold Coins are the play currency. You can buy packages of them, and the site hands them out in promotions. They cannot be redeemed for anything.
- Sweepstakes Coins are the promotional coin. You receive them free, through promotions and the free entry method set out in the Sweepstakes Rules. Sweepstakes Coins won in play are what you redeem for prizes.
The Pulsz front page on 18 September 2026 advertised a welcome bundle of 200%+ extra Gold Coins. That extra is in the play currency.
What you can play
The Pulsz side menu shows Slots, Live Social Casino, Providers, Top Games and Table Games, plus search. Bingo rooms are on a separate site, Pulsz Bingo. For where to find each kind of game elsewhere, see games like Pulsz.
How a redemption works
The Pulsz help centre sets out the cash route in five steps:
- Click “Redeem”.
- Select “Redeem Cash Prize”.
- Enter the amount and choose one of the bank transfer options.
- If you use Trustly, pick your bank and sign in; if you choose Standard ACH, add your bank account details.
- Click “Confirm”.
A gift card route (“Redeem as Gift Card”) and a Skrill article sit in the same help section.
The minimum number of Sweepstakes Coins for each route, and the playthrough rule on free coins, are in the Pulsz Sweepstakes Rules. On 11 September 2026 that page asked visitors to log in or register before showing it. So we do not print a Pulsz minimum; for comparison, sites like Pulsz set cash at 50 to 100 SC, listed on sites like Pulsz.
Verification
Every redemption request is subject to verification, review and approval under the Terms of Use. In practice that means proving your identity, your age and that the payment account is yours. Do it before you need to redeem, not after.
The ninety-day rule
If a redemption request stays pending for more than ninety days, it is declined automatically. The most common reason a request stays pending is an unanswered request for documents, so answer any verification message quickly.
Dormancy
An account becomes dormant after sixty consecutive days with no game play using Virtual Coins. The clock counts play, so logging in without playing does not reset it.
Age
You must be at least 21, or the minimum legal age of majority where you live if that is higher. That is stricter than several sites like Pulsz, which set 18; see casinos like Pulsz for the full comparison.
Paying for Gold Coins
Purchases are in US dollars and must use a valid form of payment accepted by the site or its payment processor. The Terms of Use do not mention crypto. For sites that do, see sites like Pulsz with crypto.

When Pulsz is not the right fit
If you want the numbers before you sign up, several sites like Pulsz print them openly; the Pulsz alternative call sheet has them all. If you want to bet and withdraw real money rather than redeem coins, that is a real-money casino. Vave is one, with a crypto cashier; we withdrew from it twice without being asked for documents.
Play within a budget
Gold Coins cost real money even though they cannot be redeemed. Decide what you will spend on them each month and keep to it. The National Council on Problem Gambling helpline, 1-800-GAMBLER, is free and confidential.
