Casinos like Pulsz, set clause by clause against the Pulsz Terms of Use
Compare · Rules
The Pulsz Terms of Use 5.2 give six rules you can hold other casinos like Pulsz against: age, dormancy, verification, the ninety-day limit on pending requests, how you pay and how you get paid. Here is each one, site by site.
Comparing casinos like Pulsz on their welcome offers tells you little, because offers change weekly. Their terms change far less often, and they decide what happens to your coins. So this page takes the Pulsz Terms of Use, Version 5.2, updated as of 1 September 2026, pulls out the six rules a player feels, and sets each against the rules of eleven other sweepstakes sites, read live on 11 September 2026.
Rule 1: who you are dealing with
Pulsz names Yellow Social Interactive Limited, company number 119215, registered at 2 Irish Town, Gibraltar. Every serious site on this list names a company in the same way, and that name is who you would deal with over a disputed prize.
| Site | Company named in its own documents |
|---|---|
| Pulsz | Yellow Social Interactive Limited, Gibraltar, no. 119215 |
| Chumba Casino | VGW Malta Limited; sweepstakes run by VGW Games Limited |
| Global Poker | VGW GP Limited; sweepstakes run by VGW Games Limited |
| WOW Vegas | MW Services Limited (Gibraltar) and WOWCom Services Inc (Delaware) |
| Rolla | Part of the MW Services Group |
| Fortune Wins | Social Gaming LLC and Social Gaming LTD |
Two families stand out. VGW runs both Chumba Casino and Global Poker, and MW Services runs both WOW Vegas and Rolla. Sister sites share rule patterns, so a player who knows one knows much of the other.
Rule 2: the minimum age
Pulsz sets 21, or the minimum legal age of majority where you live if that is higher.
- 21, like Pulsz: Jackpota, Chumba Casino, Global Poker, PlayFame, and Modo.us for sweepstakes play.
- 18 or the age of majority: Zula Casino, Rolla, WOW Vegas, Fortune Wins, Moonspin, Dara Casino.
Age is usually proven at the identity check before a prize, which is exactly why it matters: an account that cannot prove the age cannot collect.
Rule 3: dormancy
Pulsz treats an account as dormant after sixty consecutive days with no game play using Virtual Coins. The clock counts play, not log-ins, so opening the site without spinning does not reset it.
Other casinos like Pulsz handle idle balances in different ways, and the clause is often short and easy to miss. Chumba Casino, for comparison, counts sixty days from your last log-on, so a log-in alone keeps a balance alive there. If you play in bursts with long gaps, read this clause first on any site you move to.
Rule 4: verification before a prize
Pulsz: all redemption requests are subject to verification, review and approval under its Terms of Use.
Every other site here verifies too. The differences are in what and when:
- WOW Vegas is the most specific: a liveness selfie, photo ID and proof of address no older than three months, before any redemption.
- Chumba Casino requires a verified account before any request and adds checks above $2,000.
- Global Poker requires details that match the verified account, with extra checks above $2,000; its Daily Bonus also needs verification.
- Fortune Wins adds checks above $2,000 and says verification can take up to a month.
The practical lesson is the same everywhere: verify before you have a prize waiting.
Rule 5: pending requests and timing
Pulsz states no processing time. It does state a limit: a redemption request that stays pending for more than ninety days is declined automatically.
| Site | What the rules say about timing |
|---|---|
| Pulsz | No time stated; pending over 90 days declined |
| WOW Vegas | Same business day to 3 business days by VIP tier; Skrill up to 24 business hours, Prizeout up to 24 h, Trustly 3–5 business days, MassPay 1–2 business days |
| Chumba Casino | Cash up to 10 business days; one request per 24 hours |
| Global Poker | Cash up to 10 business days |
| Fortune Wins | No fixed time; one request per 24 hours possible; verification up to a month |
These are the sites' own words. We did not redeem at any of them, so we do not score them on speed.
Rule 6: how you pay and how you get paid
Pulsz sells in US dollars and asks you to use a payment form the site or its processor accepts; crypto is not mentioned. It pays prizes by Online Banking through Trustly or Standard ACH, by gift card, and, from a help article title, by Skrill.
Among casinos like Pulsz:
- Purchases: WOW Vegas lists Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Trustly and Skrill. Chumba Casino, Global Poker, Rolla and Moonspin describe cards, wallets or bank accounts without naming brands. Jackpota sells packages from $1.99 to $99.99. PlayFame's help centre says Gold Coins can be bought with popular cryptocurrencies.
- Prizes: WOW Vegas pays through Skrill, Prizeout, Trustly and MassPay. Fortune Wins pays in USD, including Visa Virtual Cards via payout.com. Several sites may insist on paying back to the method you bought with.

What none of these rules covers
A sweepstakes site's terms are about coins and prizes, not stakes. If what you really want is to bet money and take it back out, the rules above do not apply because the product is different. Vave is a real-money crypto casino: a deposit is money, a withdrawal is money, and verification is governed by clause 8.7 of its terms. We withdrew from it twice without being asked for documents. See the Vave review.
